The problem
Manual garment measurement is slow, subjective and inconsistent across operators. QC managers had no objective record of pass/fail trends or where defects clustered.
Our approach
We built a desktop computer-vision app that measures garments to 0.2 cm accuracy, paired with a cloud platform for brand, operator and purchase-order management. A dedicated analytics dashboard surfaces piece-level QC performance and compliance insights from every inspection.
